  1. How can I get my artwork to you?  Contact your Customer Service Representative for FTP instructions or email your files to Please keep in mind that this is only a 100mg email, so please compress artwork as needed. For extremely large file, please burn to cd/dvd and mail to:

  2. What software can I send my artwork in?  We except file in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe, In Design, CS6. Our preferred format is .eps, but we will except native files as well. For any other software - please contact our art department for requirements.

  3. What about Platform - if I am a PC user will that cause any problems? As long as we are using compatible file formats, there shouldn't be any difficulties. To help insure this - please make sure that all fonts/text are outlined or the fonts (True or Open type) are included with the file. Also, if the artwork/graphics are not 'vector' or outlined, please include all the appropriate links.

  4. How will I know if my artwork will work for my project? The Graphics Department -'Preflight’s' -all incoming artwork for usability and whether or not it meets the requirements for your project. If there are any issues, we will notify the CSR immediately and specify the options or requirements.

  5. What are some of your basic requirements for artwork? In all cases we prefer outlined "vector" art for both silk screening and convention printing methods. If a .tiff or .jpg is sent - we require a .dpi of between 600 and 1200 dpi for our printing processes and a .dpi of 2400 for silk screening or foil stamping/debossing methods.
